RVCA is the brainchild of company Founder and President, PM Tenore. Transcending the boundaries of traditional action sports apparel, RVCA is a design-driven lifestyle brand free from passing trends. Appearing as a natural on the shelves of boutiques as on those of a local skate shop, RVCA is brought together by a group of like-minded individuals from various subcultures, a collaboration of sorts, a lifestyle within itself.

PM Tenore's intention from the very beginning has been to create a platform for RVCA, which combines art, music, fashion and a modern lifestyle in an original way. At the forefront of this vision has been RVCA's Artist Network Program (ANP)-a venture established to showcase the talents of accomplished as well as unknown artists who inspire our generation and push the boundaries of creative excellence.

Established to promote the genuine integrity of RVCA's subcultures while simultaneously giving back to the community, RVCA in essence is redefining the way the market views art and fashion as represented through the balance of opposites and how they coexist: water, oil; air, land; destruction, industrialization; art, science; foreign, domestic; order, chaos; past, present.

For RVCA, it is about today, tomorrow and life as the big picture. It is about inspiring our generation, providing something of substance and culture and above all doing it with integrity and as a united family, a close-knit community.

RVCA y FUCT | Protect Freedom

Just in time for Black Friday 2013, RVCA has partnered up with FUCT to create a capsule collection featuring a unique merging of both brand's signature style, incorporating FUCT's "black on black" aesthetic. The limited edition range will include a thermal, coach jacket, trucker hat, beanie, t-shirts and poster. The collaboration is a follow up to the recent FUCT Rizzoli book launch at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, sponsored by RVCA; one of the only brands in the industry that Erik Brunetti considers a true supporter of the Arts, having founded the Artist Network Program, a platform for emerging as well as established artists. Brunetti also regards RVCA as a brand that easily identifies with FUCT, as an entity which cannot be labeled or linked to one specific sport or genre, be it skate, surf or mixed martial arts. FUCT and RVCA encompass everything, which makes this collaboration one to look out for, as two leading brands align to create an exclusive, top-drawer collection.

The RVCA y FUCT "Protect Freedom" collection will be available on Black Friday at and RVCA's Los Angeles and San Francisco flagship locations.

Art is in Cinelli's DNA, and creative talents like Keith Haring, Mario Schifano, Alessandro Mendini and Maurizio Cattelan have made their contribution with catalogue covers, installations, performances, one-offs that are constantly traveling in prestigious exhibitions. One of RVCA's main goals is to act as a platform for artists and creative ideas to shine. So this mindset created the perfect collaboration between Cinelli and RVCA and ANP artist Barry McGee. McGee is an avid cyclist and purveyor of bike culture and was the perfect solution to creating a limited-edition production Cinelli Supercorsa Pista track bike. Featuring original art for the bicycles, they were sold out the first night.
